A problem with the "PCV" system.

Hello there,
I've some problems with my engine, i don't know What should I do
My symptoms are

Gray smoke
*Something like missfire
The oil goes out by the crankshaft seal ( chain side)
*Low rpm ( I mean I can drive it but for example I can not enter in the road [120 kmh])
I saw this car has no pcv valve but it has something like that
Can someone help me??

you could try removing cam cover and giving it a good clean. the crank case vents into the cam cover it took me about 20 min to clean the gunk you can see and about 4 days to soak out gunk that's under a plate where the crank case vents too might help not sure
