A smaller torque wrench would be ideal but they are quite expensive - best not to overtighten bolts.
Most of the balance and timing guide rail bolts are 10 Nm (or more) but ensure the threads are dry before torqueing, otherwise you'll get a false reading from the torque wrench, as wet threads require less torque than dry threads. š
Looking on TIS, I can't see any other bolts that require tightening to just 8 Nm.
Are you renewing the balance chain sprockets?
