Z22SE engine replacement using saab block

Hi guys
I have a zafira here where the blocks snagged with a spun big end bearing.
I have a saab turbo 2.0L block sitting here which is all but identical to the z22se
Can I use the saab block and the z22se head as a replacement engine?
I can see the block will just bolt in place but will I have any issues?

you cannot use the Saab 2.0 block without either fitting a 5+2 trigger wheel or converting it to a 2.2 with the z22se crank, rods and pistons
