Do you need the software as well for this one Johnny, or does it all just work from the device? If so, that a lot cheaper than having to pay Vauxhall £27 just to plug the Tech2 in

Think that one works straight out the box matt..
Ok if u got engine faults but doesnt do abs etc..

It does work straight from the box. There's no need for using a computer with this particular unit. It displays the fault code on an LCD and you cross reference from the book that they supply.

Ive got a scanner for sale, its the EZ-SCAN 4000 it shows live data, clears fault codes and will work with any car if its got an OBD (normal type ) diagnostic socket. You can update it off your computer. Check out the gendan site above. Im asking £75, it cost new £249.
