Borescope pics of my pistons

It's a cheap 20€ borescope and the images it takes are of borderline quality, but interesting nonetheless.

The pictures don't correlate:
Piston #1 pic 4 and Piston #2 pic 1 are the same :confused:

Ooops you're right, I've corrected it.

While we're at it allow me to flagellate your eyes with the looks of my spark plugs after just 1 year and 10,000 km. Behold poor number #3, Exxon Valdez oil spill:

All that black tide is courtesy of the criminal OEM oil control ring design :banghead: , for since I enhanced my post-throttle PCV line both the cam cover pre-throttle breather hose, the airbox-TB pipe and the TB remain clean and impolute.

You should run a few tanks of high octane fuel thru you would at least get some clean spots on the pistons lol

Speaking of clean spots, I was wondering exactly why there should be carbon free, visible bare metal in some areas at the edges of my pistons:

There are clean spots from the inrush of fuel from behind the valves the 2.2 fires 1/2 load at compression stroke and the other 1/2 at intake stroke the high octane fuel cleans the carbon deposit away my 1st pic is of a direct injected 2.2 so no piston willys just the clean spot where the fuel is sprayed directly into the cylinder 🙂
Sometimes these things can be over thunk about where the logical answer is staring at you 🙂

I do not have an inspection camera but recently when I looked through the spark plugs holes, I could see the same images.
But I was running on LPG for almost 12000 miles then, so I thought they would be clean. On the other way, I had serious starting problems for two weeks, so do you think that the pistons could be clean and got this dirty again because of those two weeks of starting issues? The old GM spark plugs, all of them were dry black. With new spark plugs, the starting issues disappeared. But now and then I have the P0171 System Too Lean Bank 1, before and after the spark plugs change.
What's your thoughts?
