stripped down a new B207 engine to create a 2.2 turbo engine 🙂

brand new sump and craddle

brand new block

z22se plastic cam cover will be fitted to this build

exhaust ports ready for a little tweaking

Eagle steel rods, Wiseco forged pistons and CompCams turbo camshafts, plus Dbilas valve springs

Nice. Finaly some more 2.2 turbo's!
Have to do this build some time in my life.

On the other hand... drivin only 1500 miles a year keeps you happy with only 250bhp :ROFLMAO:

donor engine was a brand new Saab B207, so the new saab head 🙂

Just wondering with the z22se plastic rocker cover the cam end bit interested in how you will deal with that I had to weld the net rocker end up to suit the z22se head but I'm sure you will have thought of that and have a great plan to make it work

you blank the end , vocky made one for me so I could use the z22yh cam cover,,,

the cams, rods and pistons arrived today 🙂

I managed to get the weights less than 1 gram difference

zzp Turbo stage 2 cams and dbilas valve springs

pistons and rods fitted

crank and bearings fitted

sump, water pump, chain and balancer delete

cams vernier'd

And finished 😃
