Zaffy misfire

Hello guys I'm new here need some advise I got a zaffy 2.2l ecotec z22se automatic I got a p0300 random misfire which a car with spanner light on the dash car still drives fine no limp mode or nothing idles fine nothing sounds abnormal that light only comes on after I've driven for about 5 minutes and stays on until I switch off if I keep drivin the engine light starts flashing for a while then goes of after I've eased off the gas if I idle the car from cold to operating temp no light flash it only comes on when car starts moving any ideas on were to start looking im in south africa

Coil pack?

Hi there is there any real way of testing the coil pack with a multimeter as I don't have a spare 1 since me being in south africa this I 1 part that is not easy to come by agents are a complete rip off or I can buy 1 from eBay which I've done some reading about they ar dodgy

I recommend watching this interesting video, it's on the american L61 but ignition stuff is similar to our Z22SEs:

Go to 15:15 for ignition module test.

Interesting did watch it and will try and c if I can do something like that see if I can test it but in still confused as to why the engine will came up with a misfire but it still runs like like a charm engine sound good basically I can ride the car as if there's no problem only thing I'm concerned about is the unburnt fuel clogging up the cat converter
