Hello everyone
Have an astra 2008 convertible with a few issues (z22YH engine basically the same as the z22se)
Car come in running like a dog and the timing absolutely stretched to buggery
The timing and balance have been replace and all is in time well but the car still has a rough idle. I also have notice something i have not come across before and that is a very strong suction in the motor.
If i pull up the dip stick the suction is so strong that the car whistle through the hole. If i undo the oil cup while the car is running the suction is so strong its hard to remove the cap..
Anyone encountered this issue? What would be is cause?
