Marinefish Thankyou already did it. Changed balance chain tensioner today as i was getting a rattle at start up. Old tensioner totally blown. New one in. All done now. Thankyou for the reply.
evocarlos if the oil level is right 5l fill then you dont need to drain the sump it will hold 5l with out spilling but its good advice to change the oil as often as 5000miles glad to hear the problem is fixed 🙂
richard165 Do you get a whining noise above 3000 revs after balance chain changed? Mine was shot for a while before i changed it so i don't know if it's normal
