Was the new high pressure fuel pump a Continental?
Assume both the fuel pressure regulator & fuel pressure sensor have been changed.
At 95K miles the chains are shortly due for renewal (100K) - but if the chain has stretched to a certain point, on the Z22YH it can cause poor running (and even non start) as it has a cam timing sensor on the exhaust camshaft sprocket.
