Spark plugs

Hi what are the best plugs to buy for the z22yh please

I find the genuine GM quad electrode are best for the z22yh (y)

Will z22se plugs fit was thinking of getting platinum or iridium but can't seem to find many for the z22yh

The recommended GM spark plug for the Z22YH is part # 93175880 which as @[deleted] mentioned is quad-electrode and made by Bosch for GM.

Do not fit the tri-electrode plugs (9199038) for the Z22SE.
