Valve lifters and timing chains

Hi all

looking for a bit of advice. Ticking coming from the engine of my Astra G sri. 99% certain it's the lifters having asked for some opinions, so will need them changing and looking to do both the timing and balance chains for peace of mind in the process.
In an ideal world I'd quite like to do this myself, but currently lacking the time and space to do it, as well as being a novice when it comes to doing anything mechanical. Wondered if any of you guys had any advice or recommendations on hanging in there and doing it myself, or if you know anyone who might be able to do it for me for a small fee? At least this way it would be done sooner than if I attempted it, and be done by someone with a bit more know how.

hi mate , evocarlos is the man for timing chains ,, a lot people have travelled to him, pm him on here ,

Heartily agree with @[deleted] @[deleted] is the man. Well worth travelling to him to have the chains done. That's what I did and he explained everything as he did it.
