hi guys, new to the forum but not the general problems of Vauxhall ownership lol. I'm currently looking at buying a 2002 mk4 Astra convertible with the z22se engine, it has been off the road since late 2014 when the previous owner had taken it to the supermarket and when he returned to the car it wouldn't start so he had it recovered and it's been dry stored ever since.
The car turns over but doesn't attempt to fire, any idea on what possible problems it could be as he says the car had been running fine up to this point and also has a good service history and 96k on the clocks.
Thanks for any advice as I'm new to the 2.2 engines.
