Z22YH flaps!

So I've had a couple of running issues with my 2.2 direct, Z22YH. It doesn't go into limp mode, but if I give it zee beans it hesitates, stutters and the orange car/spanner symbol appears.

If I drive it like a fag it feels sluggish, but perfectly driveable.

Anyway, just plugged it in and got the fault codes in the pic.

I'm assuming it's all pretty self explanatory then, I need to change the swirl flaps and fit a new hp fuel pump?

Has anyone change the flaps (lol)? Difficult job? Can I de-flap?

Is this one of those jobs where I'm better off just buying a new flap kit / gasket and changing it like for like... would have like some form of "uprated" option but the YH doesn't seem to have much about...

ive got a z22yh inlet manifold which you can have for £10+ postage so you can build it up ready for swap ? saves you taking manifold off then having to change everything , just a thought saves you some time ????

Cool beans, does it come with the swirl flaps etc mate? I think I'm going to cut them out as I've seen people do....

I deflapped mine but left the flap actuator in so as to not throw up any faults. I did do a thread in vectra c so ill look for the link matey, never had a problem since...
