Alternator for Zafira A May2005 Z22se

My Zafira 5/2005 Modle Z22se Alternator dosn't give enough voltage to the car system specialy when turn on A/C (13.5 V-13.7 V). I have changed 3 used and one new alternators and gave the same results "low voltage" when swiched on A/C or tall head light.
Any body have clue on what going on with my car kindly asked a help.

possibly a bad earth between the engine and chassis, so the full charge doesn't get to the battery ?

I would have to agree with @[deleted] because that would be the common denominator if you have changed out 3 used and 1 new alternators and still got the same results. After all, surely all four cannot be faulty so it must be something else in the circuit causing it.
