best method would be to buy the complete saab 93 engine, loom and ecu
I almost bought a written off vectra 2.0 turbo for the engine and 6 speed box, but after I spoke to my mate at vx changed my mind :cry:
on the vectra the immobiliser uses canbus through 3 ecu's (the engine, front electrics and rear electrics)
I'm a whizz with electrics and I bottled out :shock:
not sure if the saab uses the same method, but I was told the earlier engines only used a single ecu
