Z22SE Running weak

Hi everybody, three days ago i discovered very bad power jump on my Vectra C Z22SE. I drove from home to shop and it was all ok. Then the car stayed for about 2hrs and after start it does not want to rev over 3000 or very badly when in load. On neutral (no load) it revs fine. I checked spark plugs, coil pack. All OK so i checked the timing chain and seems that the timings align. (It has 220 000km on it right now, but timing chain was replaced 30000km ago). So i checked compression and on all cylinders there is about 12.8, 12.6, 13.1, 12.9 (so no big difference).
When the engine is in load it has a low growling voice as if where the timing out of sync, but chain looks OK and marks are on. Have someone had this kind of problem? Now i am out of ideas what to check. I forgot to mention that it has a AF23 5spd. automatic transmission.

Hi, if it were the limp mode, then there would be an error code in ECU or does this ecu goes limp mode without writing any failure?
Today i checked everything on the engine, rechecked compression, other coil pack, airflow sensor is working too. I checked the DTCs, but there are none written. EML light also does not light up. The car has built in LPG fluid injection and the problem is even on LPG and on gasoline. So it is causing something that is shared between these two. (I hope it is not mechanical). Spark plugs are new day ago swapped, coil pack is from other car (hopefully working, but when i have my own or the other the problem stays the same). Fuel rail pressure is good, filter has about 5000km driven (on November 2015 replaced).

if there are no codes then the usual suspects are coilpack and a slipped chain.

So you need to double check the chain timing 🙁

So the miracle is solved. I have now the head off and on the right side there is a litte oil hole in the head (about 1-2mm diameter) and it was clogged with something rubber/silicon - like. I think that the previous owner sealed something verry messy. So the lifters oil pressure was weak and the cam pushed the lifters so the valve was not fully open and the engine breathing was affeced. At this time(when the head is off) it is great to change the piston rings, so i want to ask if the piston rod bolts are reusable or one time use only?
