I sometimes struggle to sleep during the day when I've been on nights, because I finish at 7am, and I only work 10 mins from home, and just get straight into bed. I don't wind down properly, and end up having really wierd dreams, and always waking up after a few hours.
I've just started taking sleeping tablets to try and get me into the rhythm, shit hot stuff, contain anti-hystamine, so knock you well out.
