Stretched ligament and got to go to out patients on Tuesday to be shown some exercises but I can't bare to put weight or bend it atm, So if anyone tries and touch it oooooo god help them

Ouch! I've been lucky with my running to not have been injured in the 4 years I've been doing it.

Well I promised the other half to loose weight and do more activities to help me loose weight and BAM in tears in the local sport centre and off work for 6wks. First time in 12+yrs I've been off on the sick and god how shit day time TV is lol

I had 4 weeks off work 10 years ago this Christmas because I sprained my ankle really badly. Just spent the whole time on the Game Cube as it was before the days of broadband for me.

I getting bored playing on the ps4 also. Just glad I got my android box hooked up to the TV and just watching films, but the boredom is killing me.

All was going through my head and told the missus when she got to A&E 'Can't believe this has happened weeks before I'm getting my new bumper fitted'. That didn't go down well at all/

Plus with carl getting his OP soon I don't know when I have the bumper and new wing fitted 🙁

Well I'm totally fucked atm. Only managing to get 2-3 hrs sleep then if I move an inch the pain from knee wakes me up :sleep::dead:

Well back from out patients. Can I hell get used to using crutches! @[deleted] got prescription for dexketoprofen anti inflammatory pain killers. States cleary on on the box 'u are not permitted to drive or operate heavy machinery'. Well I hope they do make me drowsy as I need a solid 6hrs sleep.

new wheels for the linea rossa. they have only been fitted for delivery km's on the car.
They are 17 x 7.5 et41 off an Alfa 159. so correct pcd and centre bore.
I got 6 of them as they were too cheap to pass up and means i have 2 spares should one get damaged.

by the time i'm done with the car will look very similar to Maveriks car. may have borrowed a fair few ideas from his car.
