Drakey Evening Matt, just having a T-break...been asked to wash the T-bar carpet (grose) chucking soapy buckets of water over it, scrubbin` with a broom then sucking up with an industrial vac.......great fun. Obviously delegated and getting my bitches to do the hard work. lol

Drakey I got in last night about 1:30, up at 5:00 as woken by little-un. Hopefully not too late tonight as theres not much on and Im owed an early finish this week.

Matt I try not to do that. When it's quiet, I let them chill, as when it's busy, they all work their arse off, so I'm not one for finding work to be done just for the sake of it.
Drakey Wish our bosses saw it like that, its great when its just us lower ranks in charge, nothing on means rotating early finishes....again depending on work.
Matt Ours probably don't see it quite like that, but when it's just me there in charge, that's how I like it to work.
