i would start on the cyclone, one at 10am, and another at 6pm, but on training days, the 2nd one within 10 mins of leaving the gym, also try having 3-4 raw eggs cracked into a pint of skimmed milk, pure protien.
Also try and get some ethergin, 3 in the morning, 2 around 2pm, and 3 again at around 8pm, they help with the cutting up.
