Andy_Coupe Been fitting new light switches in the house, sounds p!s easy but when it starts going dark, you put the wires in the wrong plugs and the back plates are not deep enough it becomes a bit of a nightmare! All sorted now though 😃
Matt I need to replace my light switches, but I want to replace all the wiring in the wall before I go it, because it's still the old wiring, and there are no cages behind the switch.
Matt lol, yeah, it's still the same as well. I really need to get that sorted. My mate is a sparky, and I was telling him about it, and he was shocket it wasn't any worse.
Mark_Dj Well it's New Years Eve today and I just received a text this morning asking me if I wanted to go into work and finish at 3:00pm .I turned my phone off 🙂
Matt Well done Mark, I wish I wasn't in work today, but it's nice and quiet, so can't complain. I'm just playing about with my server, spend all morning upgrading the OS on it.

Matt No I can't, it's dragging quite a lot today, but once I'm out of here, we've got some friends/family coming round, and we're having Japanese for tea!

We need a re-wire too, its a 1930s house so its well over due. Also some of the walls need re-plastering!
Matt exactly the same as mine then Andy, built in 1937. Next big task is a new kitchen, and start on the re-wiring, and then possibly an extension and central heating
