Problems bleeding clutch

Hey Guys
Having an issue getting a clutch to bleed after changing the slave cylinder inside the box

Car cam to me pouring fluid out from inside the box (slave cylinder was totally gone) you could pump the clutch and it would pump oil straight out

I got a new clutch kit in with new slave cylinder and fitted it. I noticed while waiting for the parts to arrive the reservoir had drained

I fitted the new kit and went to bleed the line but can not get oil to drain through. I have tried reverse bleeding from the nipple on the box and get nothing. I have also disconnected all the lines to check for blockage and all seems ok. Its seems like the mater clutch cylinder just will not pick up fluid and pump it

Is there a trick to this or has the master clutch cylinder gone?

that does sound like the master cylinder seals have reversed, so time for a new one 🙁

If the master cylinder seals have been damaged ( unlikely unless wrong oil used) then it will be leaking inside the car.
bit late now but you need to fill the slave with oil before fitting, best way I find is to have assistant pump pedal 20 times and hold down then crack open bleed nipple. repeat this maybe 10/50 times whilst topping up the oil.

we tried that but the oil wont pump down.. we even filled the lines with oil and still nothing, tried reverse bleed to fill the lines.
we disconnected the feed to the master and the fluid flows fine, we the disconnected the line after the mater and reverse feed and fluid flows ok. But when connected the master cylinder will not pump the fluid down. the pedal has no pressure at all... Tried a gravity feed and still nothing

Swapped out the clutch master cylinder (5min job) and all is good now..
Motor back in New Clutch, New Slave and running great
