P0404 EGR problem

Dear friends i have a problem with error P0404.
engine is z22se and it has 125000 km
voltage of EGR is constant at 1.31V
also it is sluggish when accelerating like it has no power, I press foot on accelerator pedal but car wont accelerate as it must, like i was driving 1.2 corsa 🙂

I don't want to put a egr cheater.

you can fit the EGR blanking plate and keep the valve.

So your EGR valve is dead and You don't want to fit a cheater.
Then its pretty obvious, buy a new valve and replace it.

yes EGR is dead.... i have tried to clean and now it stuck in open.
if I put a cheater and blanking plate will performance of engine drop or it will be same as the EGR is working?

Blank it and cheat it. Engine performs the same and inlet manifold doesnt get dirty.
