Test for the air temp sensor is disconnect the sensor and measure resistance at these temperatures. 10 degrees = 3800ohm / 20 degrees = 2500ohm
Test for MAF is done with sensor connected. You need to set meter to DCV and black lead on earth and red used to backprobe the green/white wire and test voltage on this wire at idle and when you give it a good quick rev to the limiter and allow to idle. Its hard to see on a multimter but you should see some voltages over 4v with a decent meter.
