is the z22se block same has the z22yh ? with the z22se getting a bit harder to find is the yh bottom the same ?

block,cradle,sump yes
crank,rods,pistons no

What are the differences in the se and yh crank, road and pistons??? Is it related to the trigger wheel and compression ratio???
