Z22SE manifold gasket, stud and nuts

So it turns out my front pipe isn't blowing but the manifold is.

Don't **think **it's a cracked manifold so I'm guessing loose/broken stud (deep joy).

Do folk use GM parts for this or is there a better option?
Any part numbers to hand?
Done a little searching for myself and found the following GM numbers::
Studs 90537753 x 10
Nuts 11516076
Gasket 90527696 OR 9230949

Also, assuming I get the thing off ok, any hints/tips/advice?

Part numbers are nowhere near the ones I got from Partsbase but I know where I'll put my faith.. :cool:

Do the studs get put in with copperslip or anything like that?

Still unsure about the manifold gasket part number if anyone has it to hand..🙂

Your part numbers are all correct - the manifold gasket is now 9230949. (y)

If you're using PartsBase the part numbers shown are the Opel part numbers - if you click that number it will then give you the GM part number.

Would anyone be able to get me a trade/trade club price on these parts please?

I have access to trade (and trade club) but I'm not that close to the dealer.

Just been to order studs and nuts and gaskets - for manifold, 3 bolt flange and heat shield....
Doing it in 2 hits... £58+vat!!!!!!

Manifold bits are half that, and not as important as the rest for now, so can wait til next year.

Heatshield studs are not in the country so I need to source them else where..

Is it ok to use a normal s/steel threaded bar of the correct diameter/length?
Or are studs more than that?
