if the timing chain kit is fitted correctly, there should be no problems at all
but it's quite easy to 'time' the engine wrong, what happens is the chain jumps a tooth when you're fitting the tensioners, it happened to me, but I was triple checking everything and luckily noticed my mistake
with 85k on the clock it's best to get it changed, the lifespan is 100k for a chain
