Running rough

Hoping someone has had this before:

Idle = Fine
CTS = Fine
Throttle body = Fine
Coil Pack = Fine
No Smoke
Plugs = Fine
No loss of power
No Pre-CAT fitted
Stainless manifold fitted so no cracks
EGR blanking plate and cheater fitted so no issue there

Is just running rough - last thing i'm thinking it could be is the CAT has destroyed itself or the baffles in my back box have gone.

Any other ideas?

there have been a few cars like this when the cat started to die.

The other thing could be a stretched timing chain.

Thanks Vocky. Latest try out I disconnected my front Lambda and ran it, makes absolutely no difference and I have no engine management light on. What does this mean??

the mixture lambda should throw up a code and would also cause poor running

Now think this is a vibration issue more than running rough. Thinking rear engine mount? Car has done 101K is it likely a rear mount could go??

New theory, if the manifold had cracked or the manifold gasket was leaking would this cause a louder exhaust note and resonate through the car??

PS I have a Piper manifold that has been on there for years

Had enough now. Manifold is ok. Now have a loud metallic clicking noise on cold start up, am thinking it may be tensioner gone or chain guide broke. Only had it done last year by carlos! Car is going into a garage on Wednesday to have a look. Am expecting a big bill !!!!!!!!!!! :- (
