Appie07 Whenever I start the car, the car radio restarts just like the dashboard lights. Its like I put it in its ignition and the yellow lights goes on and off again. Very rare the clocks go haywire while the car is starting. Does everyone has this?

evocarlos the clocks go haywire when the alternators is shagged or your missing and earth from the battery https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tJaVHUUrpc
Appie07 Its like in the video, but I only have it on the startup and it doesn't occur while driving. The wires seem good, the battery does not drain. Every time I checked it its all charged up.
AGENTKB sounds like an open circuit somewhere, as evocarlos says check the alternator.look for earths needin cleaned up mate
Appie07 I see, I'll check the alternator wires. Make pics too since I love to see them when someone else makes them :angelic: Is there anything on the alternator I should see when it's bad?
AGENTKB Look for corrosion and loose bits , check the voltage going to the battery when its running.look on youtube for alternator diagnosis
Martyfart2013 My missuses bertone does a little flicker on the rpm clock but she says its only done it when I put aftermarket blue bulbs in
