4.17 Gearbox AQ=SG?

Is the AQ the direct follower of the SG ? It wont be an exact copy, otherwise they havent changed it from SG to AQ. So what have they changed?

Is it also a simple swap on the VX or must something altered?

they are indeed the same, not really sure why they used a new code for the later box.

But I have fitted two to vx220's, straight swap (y)

Did you swap AQ or SG then?

2 x AQ and a few SG's (y)
