finally got round to sorting the fueling issue out on the astra removed the swirl pot (not easy) and the return value spring had debris in it clean it out refitted it and it was better but not 100% right (week spring), payed a vist to the local breakers removed 1 from a 2004 astra sport for the grand cost of £3 fitted and all is good run it down to the fuel light with no issues.
