Daz86 Personally I'd get it MOTed then the axle .. Itl be your first proper road test won't it when you get it MOTed ??

figo126 picked coupe up Friday, took her for a blast around , must be in limp mode wont rev like it should ,exhaust emission warning light is on + traction control warning light + electronically controlled engine cooling lights are on ??? going to change lamba sensors tomorrow + changing front calipers they were sticking and getting hot ,
figo126 swapped rear axle today , had too change osr caliper wasn't working at all , changed throttle body to see if it made a difference , no difference going to change lamba sensors , while I'm underneath going to chop the middle box out , to quiet ,
figo126 swapped calipers , fitted stainless flexi-hoses , mate came around today with his computer ,canceled all faults , shes now not in limp mode reving like it should , looks like ive got thermostat to change , and osf hub abs fault ??? will get there in the end ???????????

figo126 spent all day Saturday hovering out the coupe ,couldn't believe how bad it was ,stripped out the seats and rear carpet found £3.41 pence so that's £146.59 I paid for coupe ,,,,,,,happy days,,,,,,,,,,,
figo126 started to built a 2nd engine , bought a z22yh engine with no compression £80 from local scrapyard , came with gearbox f23 , starter , alternator , stripped head off , crank out , pulled pistons out rings f---ed , bores look ok , took crank out of astra z22se block I had to find it needs a regrind:unsure:,
evocarlos the crank from my 60k 2.2 and a different crank after some carb cleaner and a fine painter scotch pad before after this is the crank thats in the 340hp engine 🙂 it was measured in at 55.994mm
figo126 I took it to machine shop he said looks ok , hes going to polish it up ? never gone this far with a engine , always just took head off quick clean up and head gasket , have you got torque settings for bottom end please carl ,
figo126 had a play with a twin exit exhaust , it will do until I get a stainless system, and did the balance shaft delete on spare motor, busy day didn't finish till gone 8pm ,
