Rough Idle, Lack of Acceleration P0015 Help

hey guys
Got a zafira in that was running fine and suddenly lost power and acceleration.

the engine turns over and starts and compression is fine but it feels like it running on 3 cylinders. It also has a very limmited response to acceleration

i put a scan tool on and im getting error code P0015 (something to do with cam sensors) i didn't think these cars had a cam sensor? any thoughts

P0300
P0405
P1514

Have tried
New Spark Plugs
Swapped Coil Pack
Swapped Throttle Body
Swapped Injectors and Injector Rail
Replaced Crank Sensor
Replaced Temperature Switch
Replaced MAF sensor
Blanked off the EGR valve
Pre cat already removed
Removed and inspected intake manifold

Have just noticed exhaust is getting that hot it has melted the rubbers off

There you go, you got misfires, probably that's why exhaust overheats.
Airflow sensor?
EGR cheater?

Yeh i have replaced air flow sensor and the EGR is blanked off and cheated

Crack in the head? Over tightened plug number 4 maybe

defiantly not an over tight plug. Pretty confident the head is fine. Any other thoughts?

Slipped timing chain?

ill check the timing to be 100% before i rule that one out.
The car seems to start for a few seconds fine then on and off missfires

Cleared all error codes and its not throwing anymore codes but still keeps running on and off rough.. it will go 5 mins idling fine then bam misfires, runs rough as guts and throttle lost. you can hear the engine trying to run fine every now and then. ill get a video

Started the car today. If I put my foot down and hold it at 4000rpm it seems to kick in all 4 cylinders fine but as soon as I let it drop to idle it goes back to running on 2. Any ideas?

done a chain swap today and no fix 🙁

I blanked out an ecu from a auto astra convertible 2.2 and programmed it for the zafira. Plugged it and and programmed the key, problem solved 🙂

I have had ecu's go before but never like this.

might be a blocked cat if the exhaust is super hot

I thought that for a while also but the exhaust will get hot from miss fires. I swapped out the cat last week no change.
It's all good now as it was the ecu
