THe Helix brand is made by Audiotech Fischer who make some of the best amps and loudspeakers around, namely Brax. Helix is the next range down so like the Genesis profile is to the Series stuff or the JL audio A series is to the Slash stuff. As for quality it is an awesome amp in its price range and I rate this amp very very highly.
