evocarlos it can but you still need to remove the cams and then buy a tool to do the job a compressor is needed also
dewismotorsport Valve stem seals generally puff smoke on over run (letting off the throttle) piston rings will smoke under high rpm. I don't recommend doing seals with head still on, the valves will be covered in oily deposits and should be removed ideally
