If the fuel pressure was low then the car would run poorly all the time.
However you can check you are getting fuel pressure:
Remove the engine cover.
Locate the fuel/injector rail.
You should see what looks like a tyre valve cap.
Carefully remove the cap then with the ignition on
Briefly depress the centre pin on the valve with a small screwdriver but ensure you have a cloth to catch fuel which will spray over the engine.
Wipe up any excess fuel afterwards and replace the valve cap.
To test it properly would involve the use of a fuel pressure manometer - the Z22SE pump should give a reading between 3.0-3.5 bar.
If you suspect an injector then it may be worth trying one of the proprietary fuel injector cleaning treatments first (I've previously used Forté specialist injector cleaner). 🙂
