Adam,
The rear wiper fuse should be fuse # 31 (20 amp - yellow) located in the main fuse box next to the steering column under the stowage compartment.
The air bags maybe under 'seat occupancy recognition' which is fuse # 42 (5 amp - light brown) in the same fuse box.
