some of you may know my van had a z22se conversion but i got the van back and now the millage display dont work it did before in the coupe i was told by them that i needed to just plug my headlight switch in and it would show up but guess what it didnt any ideas

Is the speedo and rev counter working? or is just the mileage and trip?

yeah they are fine its just the millage and the trip

Are they your clocks or the clocks from the coupe?

Hi Adam,

Try the following:
Get a torch and shine it at the odometer display to see if you can read the mileage. If you can, then it is likely that the bulb in the instrument cluster behind the odometer/trip display has blown.

Unfortunately it will require removal of the instrument panel as below:

See Section 9. but ignore the first part about removing the steering wheel - just turn the wheel so u can remove the screw covers and screws located at 3 & 9 o'clock positions on the shroud behind the steering wheel.

The replacement bulb is a 1.2W which sits in a plastic holder with a bayonet fitting.
