Lucas are shit, take them back.

They dont fit well at all if I remember rightly.

sorry was in the batcave getting cold feet lol

ive fitted lucas main chain kits 2 times and both times they dont fit right the final step of fitting the ex sprocket wont go on to the cam as if the chain is to short

the gm kits fit right and slot in without shiting a watermelon trying to fit like the lucas one
i would recommend them as much as bungee jumping without the bungee

oh not good i will pop back up there and tell them to take the parts back they get them from euro car parts but never told me until today when i went up there and saw the bag of parts

Id your charging you need GM or better really. But I dont think there is any uprated so gm is the best your gonna get.

GM kit all the way, silly to try and save a few pounds. been a few pattern part kits failing at very low mileage, tensioners and bolts mostly.
do it right do it once.

I recently had my timing & balance chains renewed, genuine GM kits fitted by @[deleted] (Carl) without any issues🙂. I would recommend going for GM kits especially if you are having a SC conversion and buy them from the shop on here, or I actually got mine from directsupplies1 on ebay (sorry Matt):

This explains why all my orders have pretty much stopped 🙁

That is below cost price to Vauxhall, as I've seen their in branch EPC with their costings from factory.

been up the garage today and im not happy they have already started on the chains 🙁 but once they have done im gunna buy gm and let carl fit them along with the supercharger conversion
