Vauxhall oil filter...large O ring for the cap

While in the stealers today I bought an oil filter as needed for the cam chain job etc

But no O ring for the cap?
They wanted £8+vat for it.

Are OE ones long life now???

change once in 10 oil changes or if its damaged or leaking 🙂 you normally get them in the box's with after market filters 🙂

I usually use Mahle filters so was expecting to get the o ring
