Ok i have an issue. Conversion disc is slightly wrong but its getting fixed.

next problem is i have to space the disc feom the pulley so i have enough room for a nut.

also the trigger wheel needs to be spaced out so i can mount the disc to the pulley without things getting in the way. Butttt that then makes the trigger wheel stick out from the pulley by 40mm.

and between the pulley and the inner wing is about 30mm sooooo i need to loose 10mm somewhere. Grrrrrrrr

Would removing a small amount of material give it an inbalance? I dont want to cause it to vibrate or fall off etc. Like this so i dont have to space it away from the disc.

its not to scale n i will attempt to take roughly the same amount off with the grinder.

Why can't you bolt the trigger wheel straight to the adapter plate without that spacer nut between it?

Bolts that holt the adapter to the pulley will get in the way. Unless i cut some trigger wheel out

counter sunk screws to hold adaptor to pulley? same size as brake disc screws on front of corsa c? m6 x 10mm?

I cant do anything on it myself only get the parts bought or made

counter sunk bolts are a good idea.

Space the disc off the pulley n bolt the trigger direct over the counter sunk bolts.

The disc is still wrong though. The holes to mount it to the pulley arnt in the centre of the holes in the pulley so if i drilled them out they wouldnt line up still.

For the counter sink bolt holes should i get them to do it 6mm but in the centre this time. Then counter sink it myself?

If they can do the counter sinks then would be worth getting them to do them. If not you could do them yourself. Just a thought but it's a shame you can't get the slots a little bigger and use a threaded insert with flat sides and a flange so that it slides in the slot when you loosen it but holds tight when tightened up. If you need to space the disc from the pulley could you not get it made from thicker material to suit or is it a different issue with spacing?
