Glad it's all sorted mate, my balancer tensioner went on the old gm one, same bit fell off and I found it in the sump

New 3" piper cat back system fitted on Friday

So now the coupe running custom 2.5" down pipe into a 200 cell sports cat then the 3" piper cat back. Sounds great! Also had an issue with with the light coming on dash for code p0325 after some help from vocky and Carl found the wiring loom upto the knock sensor was snapped and with help of Smithy rewired in a new plug and wiring loom. Now just got to get my tracking sorted before I fit my new bola b1, as I'm not having my goodyear f1 wearing mega fast with them being £100 a pop:eek:. Also on the look out for another 2.2 coupe as I'm considering swapping everything over as what it's going to cost me to get the body work sorted I don't think it's worth it tbh.

shame they don't do a 3" for the Corsa C 🙁 although the 2.5" is rather loud. :rolleyes:

Yeah for it having a centre silencer it's loud lol.

the mini estate u can see (clubman i think) is fitted with 1.6 vtec type r engine running 225 hp and it scared the :poop: out of me :ROFLMAO:

I'm going to be changing my coolant pipe on the inlet manifold (dual pass) are they 9mm pipes? I just can't remember.

think they are 3/4"

the vent hose if you have one on the other end is 8mm

So I got an issue......radiator fan will not c0me on at all regardless how high temp goes. So I had a spare coolant module I got off Adam and changed that over. Still no fans.....checked all 3 fuses none are blown.....swapped over the purple relays in engine bay no change. Can someone tell where the plug for the fan is? Going to wire it straight to the battery to see if it comes on. I'm hoping it doesn't then I know the fan us fucked.

n Vectra B's one plug is at the top of the radiator near battery and the other was at the bottom.
not sure where they are on the astra?
can you plug a diagnostic tool in to see coolant temp?

Had Opcom on it.....i can get the fan to come on after a bit of play but only on max speed, so after speaking to Carl think its a resistor issue. Going to rip fans out fit spals with 2 new resistors.
