Not a fan of dump valves (n) But going back a few years now, they was a corsa going round with one of these electric dump valve it made u laugh when u seen the car go pass :ROFLMAO:

I just cleaned mine off with wire brush and scotch brite with wd40. also changed oil before I fitted it.

Then if I want a shiney finish use what dave mentioned Autosol?

Yeh it will take some doing but u can be rubbing it while u watch tv.

I think shanes was polished if I remember right

Tell her it has to be perfect or it wont run right, if its polished on the outside it will go faster.

I polished a alloy rocker cover sat on the settee watching tv at night.

I think I might do the z20net rocker top for mine(if it will fit on my head).

Yeh but it would be easier with some tools.

But autosol will do it by hand but you will have massive arms from all the rubbing.

These bits were powder coated but chinese crap so it had pealed off abit so I chipped it all off and sanded alittle then autosol, I didnt go to town on it but you can see the clutch cable holder and that little cover all shiny

no there a sand cast finish you would be better just painting it silver 🙂
or about 37hours hand sanding with wet and dry then polishing for another 40hours
