Ok so after a Tech2 session this is the result.
The ECU is for a Vectra and confirmed by the part number on the casing: 55 562 443
Yet the ECU tells Tech2 it is:55 567 197 which is for a Z22SE
My car, a Z22YH Signum, should have ECU with part 55 354 744
Do I try and get the present ECU flashed with the correct software...the Vauxhall Saab Indy I went to said he will do it and if he cant no charge
Or, get a refurbed ECU that should be fitted i.e. 55 354 744
Why do things like this happen to just me!??!?!!?!?!?!?!?
