its a field remedy for with the part you need quality

I put some moly-slip in my F23 last year, the 1st and 2nd gear changes arn't notchy yet 🙂

I heard it's a gearbox strip down to replace the gear, but if the part's cheap enough I might just replace it

the geni has returned, turns out there is two gearboxs the f 17 and the f23, how can i found out which is fitted to my car???? this is the pages for the f17 this one as vok said is a gearbox strip down :roll:
in asnwer to watch the parts llike i dont have a clue, but in a nutshell if you got the f23 then u need PN 9201451 with five mins work, how ever if yours is the f17 then u need 13123502 znd poss 920145 or drop your pants and walk into a vaux dealer bend over the counter and the correct action will be taken, oh yeah and dont forget your credit card he he rofl..

going to go and fit me new headlights andy, will take my laptop into work tomo, so far i think the f17 is the easytronic which i am is guessing is auto, how can u find out what gearbox is fitted is it on the vin?????

i know on the older gearboxes it was on the gearbox itself, not sure about the newer ones.

but its defo the f23, just checked haynes, f17 was fitted to 1.6 and 1.8
