Knocking rear suspension & BAD tyre wear!...

Hi all, been a while since I posted but I'm back with a problem!

I've had my Vectra B for 5 years now and had the rose bushes done shortly after buying it along with lowering springs. It's all been pretty much untouched ever since.

The car is knocking away merrily and the back end feels quite 'skittish' if that makes sense!

My other problem is the horrific amount of tyre wear at the back, I put my front tyres on the back of the car in January this year, with maybe 3000 miles on them. Today, they look this!

Any suggestions welcome!

the knocking is normally the lower rear bushes we had that on our vec for 6 years before it was picked up on the mot
the tire ware could be related to the bush's or the wheel bearing
are the shocks ok ?

Dunno about the shocks, they passed the MOT in January but ive never touched em.

Never had anything done wheel bearing wise either.

Guess ill start with the bushs and work from there. Cheers!

Jack the car up n wiggle the wheel (hands at 12 and 6) I had excessive movement in my banana arms(not sure if its same on a B)

Common to fail on the C.

Cant be much different i wouldnt have thought. Im doing my cv joints on friday so ill jack the back end up while im at it.
