Balance sprocket removal

ok so cleaning chain area now and washer on front sprocket rubs a little on outer edge from where worn by timing chain. Can I get away without changing them if not how do I get them off. Also new sprockets aren't marked exhaust and intake I can match them up to the ones on there as the arrow aligns different to shaft alignment on each one and the chain just has the black links no green or blue I assume they can only lineup one way though? Will post pics in a minute

Ok so photos of new sprokets show key way at the back then I flipped them vertically to show the front and both arrorows point into each other, so keypad and arrows are at opposites on each one. So I just have to match them with the old ones if I do need to change them I assume?

take the old balancer chain and a set of molegrips
fit the chain to the sprocket then grip the chain with the mole grips
this will allow you to hold it still and undo the bolt
