Stirlingo I have this on my 55 Signum. It's been fine until a warning light started flashing. Some research I found myself points to a CIM failure??? Can anyone help shed anymore light on the problem. No pun intended 😉
Matt You'll really need to get Tech2 / OpCom plugged in to try and figure what is causing the warning light, especially with it having full CAN. Is the adaptive lighting still working while turning?
Stirlingo Yea the lights still turn left right up and down and self level when turning ignition on. But as I drive you can see the lights kind of bouncing/rattling???
evocarlos sorry mate 🙁 guy at work had a pre facelift vec c with a smashed headlamp and controller they wanted £380 for just one afl headlight and and another silly amount for the controller and at the time there were no cheap replacements online
Stirlingo We'll hopefully it's the CIM. Not as expensive but still money that could be spent elsewhere. Bloody cars!!!!
Stirlingo Ok. Just noticed the indicator isn't cancelling itself. Could this all be linked? Steering angle sensor?
Matt Could be a dodgy CIM then. I had a similar fault on the Astra VXR, and VX were replacing the CIMS to fix it.
Stirlingo Just been out in it again, the lights turn as they should but not until I give it a load of left/right lock....
