ok my astra coupe has had a dodgy nsf corner since I bought it, the wheel is sat nearly touching the front bumper its obviously had a knock at some point, so far I've changed lower arm full strut and hub carrier it's had a 4 wheel allignment and track, the guy said the frame doesn't look bent but he can't move it back,he thinks it may have wrong frame on.
I assume the frames are the same across all mark 4s if so surely its bent. Can any one shed any light on this ?

Any pictures? Does it drive straight?

Ill take one ,its drives straight since wheel allignment but don't have much grip in wet

Only thing I can think off is measure centre of wheel to centre of wheel. And outside edge to inside edge. And if you have replaced the wishbones, its either strut could be bent or the subframe like your thinking.

Is it just how they are setup?

And that could mean its not the near side thats pushed forwards but maybe the of side thats pushed backwards which would be alot more of a probable accident damage. I think we need pictures to compare

its just the way they are wheel at the front of the arch
mines never been crashed or repaired and both front wheels are to the front of the arch 🙂

if the wheel was 3mm off the bumper then yes theres an issue 🙂

Or lowered too much and eats wheel arch liners. I hear some coupes do that :whistle:

Hi osf is forward too but not like nsf its lowered 40 mm but was like this on stock.

Wright tyres were on befor and it made no diff just made gap look even bigger at back that's why I changed them lol

there ment to be 40's 🙂
measure from center to center of the wheels on each side you would then be able to judge if its off

17's should have 40's on but I have run 45 as the Vectra B for years find it a much comfier ride. Sounds like somthing else is wrong.

Hi off side is 2617mm and near side is 2614 using a tape measure been busy painting and fitting new bumper and refurbing wheels lol

3mm difference. I cant see you being able to see that by eye.

Are you sure its the wheel that's forward? is it not the panels? there is a little adjustment on the panels to move them a little.... if it has had a accident then maybe the NSF panels are sitting a little further back than they should be!
Have you checked the front chassis etc for damage?
